Hillary Clinton's stance is starting to soften today. Gone are the steadfast "We're in this until the convention" statements that her surrogates used over and over on the Sunday talk shows. The vice president question is being answered differently today than yesterday.
The delegate count is nearly over the top for Senator Obama. Congratulations to him for running an excellent campaign and overcoming significant obstacles.
But this post is a thank you to Senator Hillary Clinton. Thank you for putting up with sexist taunts and outright rage from men AND women. Thank you for spending 18 months on the road away from your job and your family. Thank you for voicing the thoughts and wishes and dreams of a forgotten populace. Thank you for being my role model, and the role model of millions of women all over the world.
Most of all, thank you for being you. You are a one of a kind leader, a classy woman, and damn sweet looking in those pantsuits, lady. You go, girl.
