If you like the way George W. Bush has run the country for the last seven and a half years, then you're in luck. There is a candidate who shares just about every view with our sage president. Yes, you guessed it! It's John "McBush" McCain!
In fact, McCain has supported Bush 100% of the time this year. According to Congressional Quarterly, McCain supported President Bush a majority of the time, supporting Bush 100 % in 2008 and 95 percent in 2007.
Fox News, probably the foremost media authority on how the republicans will lose this election, reported that Bush himself recommends that people support McCain, because he would be "likely to forward his agenda."
With congressional candidates scurrying away from Bush like cockroaches, McCain is at a fundraiser with him today. There are no photographers allowed, but there are already plenty of damning photos out there. Too late.
